Hartness is honored to welcome the creators/owners of already established Greenville neighborhood restaurants, The 05 and The 07, to open The One 5 at Hartness. The restaurant will feature a full bar and lunch and dinner menu served in an intimate and friendly atmosphere. Opening May 20, 2023.

The Spa H features six treatment rooms, comfortable dressing rooms, a warm greeting lounge, and a sumptuous relaxation area that opens to a serene garden that overlooks a scenic pond with views of the neighboring nature preserve.

The Hartness family has been gathering and collecting this spectacular 482+/- acre parcel over the past forty years, and as they acquired new pieces, they created trails throughout the land to satisfy their love for walking and biking. These trails now form the heart of Hartness' incredible 15-mile trail network that are enjoyed by residents on a daily basis. The trails meander through the woods, around beautiful ponds and over creeks and streams. To have an amenity like this in your own neighborhood is absolutely priceless! Please note that there is no public access to the trail system.
